MemEx is an independent engineering consultancy company working since 1994 on Public Transport and Mobility, ITS systems, Urban and Port Logistics, Smart Cities, Sustainable and Shared Mobility.

For over 27 years, MemEx has offered technical and systems engineering assistance during the design, set-up, purchase, and implementation of ITS systems and digital solutions related to different transport services and logistics operations in support of Local Administrations, Transport Companies, Institutions and Research Organisations, Mobility Agencies, and Operators of different transport services for urban and rural/peripheral areas.

MemEx has also gained remarkable experience in the management of international research, innovation and demonstration projects funded by different European Programmes  and is involved both as partner and technical coordinator in several European Consortia working in the fields of innovative mobility services, sustainable public transport and mobility, urban environment, city and port logistics.

MemEx today is a dynamic reality that combines the experience acquired over the course of its history with the capacity to continually adapt to the new demands and requirements of the operators and stakeholders in the mobility sector. It is indeed a sector in which the solutions – both technological and other – are in constant, and sometimes uncontrolled, evolution.
MemEx team is composed by transport engineers, experts in sustainable mobility, logistics and environment in addition to an extensive network of external collaborators, with several of whom the relations are consolidated and practically continuous.
