From a technical point of view, CERT&Info allows to assess and certify the data collected by the Automated Vehicle Monitoring (AVM) systems available fleets are equipped with, and, from an operational point of view, to validate the service for the reporting to the contracting bodies.

CERT&Info stems from MemEx significant experience at European level in the technical support to public Authorities and transport operators, in particular in the definition and implementation of ITS systems, such as, among others, AVM systems for monitoring the fleets and the public transport service.

This experience led MemEx to plan and develop CERT&Info taking into account the “real” needs of Transport Companies and requirements of different transport services (conventional, school service, DRT, etc.). Transport companies, in fact, need to monitor the operated services and identify possible technical or operational problems. CERT&Info provides the operator of a transport company with automatic, semi-automatic and manual analysis procedures to verify the performances of an operated service through the calculation of specific KPIs. The certified data base generated by CERT&Info can be used both by contracting bodies and by transport companies to verify the compliance of the contractual constraints and estimates the possible variations of the compensations to be paid for the service actually operated.
