As a response to a specific and frequent requirement of transport operators, MemEx has developed specific “Knowledge based” supporting tools and software modules, namely CELSO and CERT&Info, for the planning, analysis, and monitoring of different public transport services and the validation and certification of their performances.

The tools CELSO and CERT&Info derive from the significant experience of MemEx in the public transport sector and the technical assistance provided to more than 50 transport companies in Italy and Europe. In fact, the idea of developing the two tools stemmed from MemEx need to better cope with and satisfy the requests of the transport operators to monitor the operated services. Small public transport operators most often have insufficient resources to purchase and manage AVM products available on the market, while large transport operators usually need to monitor some services that are sub-contracted to other companies (i.e. DRT/Flexible, rental, school/disabled services, shuttle/Park&Ride) not equipped with an AVM system.

CELSO is a system for the monitoring of the transport services and related fleets/vehicles.  It provides several innovative and key functions to satisfy the needs of both big and small transport companies monitoring and controlling the full spectrum of service offer including (PT conventional, DRT, school bus, shuttle bus, etc.)
