MemEx is one of the 11 European partners of the UVAR Box project, directly funded by the European Commission (DG MOVE). The main objective of UVAR Box is to improve the process of digitalisation of the information related the UVAR – Urban Vehicles Access Regulation” (LTZ, LEZ, Congestion Charge, Pedestrian areas and Parking Regulation).
For this reason, various initiatives targeted to Public Administrations have been launched, such as, for example:

• survey for the definition of the state of the art regarding the existing UVARs in the different areas;
• events involving relevant Administrations and stakeholders;
• future provision of one specific “tool” to support the Administrations for the definition of the UVARs and for the standardization of the related information and related attributes.

The UVAR Box Project aims to answer the need and request of the European Commission and to provide support to Public Administrations in order to cope with the various European Directives and Regulations issued in recent years by the Commission
